Private Car Park
Large on-site car park for 20+ car/vans, including 2 HGV lorries, plus free on-road parking for over 300 cars.
Reception
500 square feet space.
Professional reception area to meet and greet your clients and guests.
PT Room
400 square feet weights area.
The area is fully equipped with weights and training gear ideal for 1-2-1 training.
Kitchen
Over 12 meters of worktop, hot and cold running water, double oven, tea urn, toaster, and microwave.
Cloakroom Area
This cloakroom space is suitable for 30/40 coats and shoes plus we also have a changing room facility.
Studio A
3000 square feet of open training space, over 40 meters x 1 meter high long windows with ample natural light.
Studio B
Our second main training area studio which is 1000 square feet, plus 20mm high-quality martial arts matted area.
Studio C
This studio is 250 square feet specifically built matted area, for extra PT (personal training) space.
Conference Room
Seating for 30+ adults, large meeting table, 50” smart tv, and 5m projector, plus tea and coffee facilities.
